What is The Training Box?
The Training Box is a CrossFit and MMA gym consisting of 6000 sqft of functional training space, MMA mats and bags, Olympic bumper plates, and much more. We are a class-based facility with a full AM and PM class schedule.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the sport of fitness. It is a strength and conditioning program used by military, police, fire, and college and professional athletes all over the world. The CrossFit Games is held once a year with a million dollar prize pool. It is the fastest growing fitness movement in the world.
Why CrossFit?
Because it works! CrossFit is extremely effective at improving overall fitness and strength while producing incredible weight-loss results. CrossFit is fun and constantly varied; you will rarely do the same workout twice. The carry-over to other aspects of one’s life is tremendous. Stress relief, better sleep, more energy, better work productivity, and so much more!

I’ve never lifted weights; How do I know CrossFit is right for me?

I don’t want to get big. Will lifting weights make me bulky?
No. Lifting weights will make you stronger, toner, and leaner. You will place fat with lean muscle tissue. Isolation exercises, over-eating, and drugs are what create big and bulky physiques in both men and women. We do not practice or recommend any of them.
I am not that intense or hardcore. I don’t think I could do it.
We hear this ALL the time, and it’s a valid concern as CrossFit can be intimidating to newcomers. We put a major emphasis on form and technique to ensure safety. Only after form is proper do we ramp up intensity. Intensity is relative and everyone has different fitness goals. The key is to scale to the individuals needs. That is our job. A young college athlete may squat 4 plates while a soccer mom can use an empty bar or no weight at all.
Is there a sign-up fee?
Yes and it covers administrative costs as well as your WOD gear, gym bag, and stylish Box T-Shirt!
What memberships do you offer?
We offer 3, 6 and 12 month agreements. Rates are based on term length.
Can I pay cash?
For prepaid memberships only. Monthly auto-pay must be setup with a debit or credit card.

What is the Basic Program?
New clients start here. The basic program focuses on body weight movements, fundamental weight-lifting, and metabolic conditioning. The goal of our basic program is to develop a solid base of fitness, flexibility, and education for CrossFit. Eventually, clients may wish to upgrade to Elite classes. Do not mistake basic for easy! Our basic program focuses on skills and is a well-rounded entry-level CrossFit program. Some clients may prefer the Basic program as it may align with their individual fitness goals. Basic classes focus on learning skills at lighter weights than those used in the Elite program. There is more coaching, technique, and fundamental focus. It is Still CrossFit, just Basic. WOD’s are scaled Up or Down more openly to the individuals needs than the Elite program.
What is the Elite Program?
The Elite program is our advanced CrossFit program for those that know CrossFit and can perform the movements and loads required in class. Proficiency in specific skills such as Olympic weightlifting and advanced gymnastic movements are required to participate in class. *Athletes must pass the ‘Elite Test’ to gain entry to Elite classes.
What is the Elite Test?
An athlete must pass the Elite test for a Coach before upgrading to Elite classes. The elite test is: 5 unbroken Kipping Pull-ups, 5 Double-unders, 1 complex @ 95(m)/65(f) = Power Clean – Front Squat – Split Jerk – Overhead Squat – Back Squat – Jerk. Athlete must perform movements without assistance or demonstration of coach.
What is the Upgrade fee?
The upgrade fee is in conjunction with the Elite test to enter the Elite class schedule. This includes your upgraded WOD Gear.
What results should I expect?
New clients lose an average of 10-15 pounds within the first 4-6 weeks. Clients who make changes in their nutrition habits typically see life changing weight-loss and body-composition shifts!
Personal Training
We offer Personal Training for clients needing an individualized program and accountability.
What makes you different from other gyms?
We are a class-based facility with a community of like-minded individuals work together in improving themselves as well as world-class fitness Instructors that show you everything! We do not use machines or non-functional training equipment. We work very hard and spend a great deal of time on form and improving. We are not your traditional spa gym. We use barbells, free-weights, tires, bands, jump ropes, rowers, kettlebells, and much more. We provide nutrition advice free of charge; just ask!

Our specialty is group-fitness classes taught by knowledgeable instructors coupled with unparalleled client support. Our clients don’t have to worry about anything..we take care of it all. We spend the time to improve our clients and we limit class sizes to ensure you receive the attention you deserve!
What is your Referral Program?
We love referrals! Any person that signs up for a CrossFit membership through your referral will earn you $50 off your next billing! Simple as that. We encourage you to bring your friends and family to try a class but PLEASE sign up ahead of time by contacting us.

I’m an out-of-town CrossFitter, can I drop in?
Yes. We offer daily drop-ins for $15, week passes for $45, and two week passes for $80. All drop-ins must be paid in advance via phone @ 239-362-3508 or Online Here.
I’m plateauing. Now what?
Schedule a Plateau consult with a coach. Rest more, De-stress your life. Sleep 10 hours a night (yes we are serious). Ask about our supplement recommendations.
Why are you more expensive than the other gyms?
Because we get you what you want. Results. Not hype or empty promises. If you come to our facility at least 3 times a week we GUARANTEE that you will change your life. Period.

What if I don’t want to do group classes?
We provide excellent value personal training. This is where the REAL REAL results are at. CrossFit delivers great results but sometimes you may need or want individualized programming. That is where our knowledgeable instructors come in and DELIVER RESULTS! Click here for more info
What if I have to go out of town?
We offer freeze options for 10$ a month up to 90 days.

We have suggestion forms in the gym. Submit via email or drop in the drop box.
What payments do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will accept cash only for pre-paid memberships. No cash on all other purchases or membership options. All memberships are setup on auto-bill every month and we do not offer month-to-month options. We don’t have time to chase people down for payments…..We are too busy training them!
